Production Associate – Level II We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Bloomfield, CT. Impact Areas In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure Safety : Proactively stop work and report any major injury hazards, and comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures. Promote Health : Report any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards, and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Achieve Production Goals : Operate equipment independently to meet customer expectations, achieve production goals, and maintain the required cycle time or engineering standards. Maintain Cleanliness : Keep your work area clean and orderly, perform routine housekeeping tasks, and carry out planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Support Team Members : Instruct and coach others, act as an informal resource for team members with less capability, and communicate effectively with your team and support teams. Improve Processes : Participate actively in improving quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development. Minimize Environmental Impact : Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize any negative effects, while engaging in HSE training.
