You will work alongside a team of highly skilled clinicians, providing specialized mental health care services. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy. Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services. Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders. Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards. Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams. Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings. Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties. During the first 90 days, compensation will be paid at a flat rate, after which it will transition to the standard fee-for-service payment structure. LCSW-C & LCPC licensed therapists can expect a salaried rate of $82,400 annual in the first 90 days. After the first 90 days, providers can expect $64.77 for diagnostic assessments and $51.07 for 45 minutes follow up appointments. LMSW & LGPC licensed therapists can expect to earn $67,980 annual in the 90 days. After the first 90 days, providers can expect $52.51 for diagnostic assessments and $42.17 for 45 minutes follow up appointments.
