What You'll Do As a Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products move efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy. Responsibilities Include: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Pick, pack, and prepare customer and retail store orders for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Enter inventory transactions into the warehouse management system (WMS) Process returns, exchanges, and damaged merchandise Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve inventory questions Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Help identify ways to improve warehouse efficiency and overall operations Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in doing quality work while supporting the team.
