What You'll Do As a Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products move efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy. Responsibilities Include: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Pick, pack, and prepare customer and retail store orders for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Enter inventory transactions into the warehouse management system (WMS) Process returns, exchanges, and damaged merchandise Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve inventory questions Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Help identify ways to improve warehouse efficiency and overall operations Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in doing quality work while supporting the team. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory, or distribution experience preferred Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus Forklift certification is preferred (or willingness to become certified) Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and barcode scanning systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and time management abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment when needed Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive Pay: $20–$22/hour ($40,000–$45,000 annually), based on experience 401(k) with up to a 4% Company Match Three Weeks of Paid Time Off + Major Holidays Career Growth Opportunities with a growing organization that promotes from within Positive, Team-Oriented Culture where employees are valued and supported Training & Development to help you grow your skills and advance your career Stable Full-Time Position with a company committed to long-term success Your future awaits in the vibrant city of Lexington, where professional success and personal fulfillment converge!
