Overview We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team in either our Production or Structural departments. This position requires a welder who can work confidently across stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum, set up their own welds independently, and interpret blueprints and weld symbols without supervision. This is an intermediate-to-advanced level position. We are looking for welders who take pride in the quality and consistency of their work and who are ready to contribute from day one.

- Set up and adjust equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders
- Inspect completed welds for quality, penetration, and appearance; make adjustments as needed
- Communicate issues, material defects, or blueprint discrepancies to leads/supervisors
- Previous professional welding experience OR formal welding training/certification (trade school, technical college, or apprenticeship) required to apply
- Demonstrated ability to MIG weld stainless, mild steel, and aluminum
- Must be comfortable setting up welds independently - machine settings, gas selection, and filler material
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols accurately
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods
