Senior Food and Beverage Manager

Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa offers a unique opportunity for an accomplished hospitality leader to oversee a dynamic and diverse food and beverage operation. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of our food and beverage operation, including Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, Blue Mojito Pool Bar & Grill, In-Room Dining, and Banquet Events.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee multiple outlets and service environments, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, colleague engagement, and financial performance. Working closely with culinary, sales, events, and hotel leadership teams, you will play a key role in shaping the resort's food and beverage strategy while developing future hospitality leaders.

What You'll Do

• Lead all Food & Beverage operations, including Four Flamingos, Blue Mojito Pool Bar & Grill, In-Room Dining, and Banquets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, forecasting, budgeting, and expense controls.
• Partner with Culinary, Sales, and Events teams to execute meetings, weddings, and special events seamlessly.
• Recruit, develop, and coach managers and colleagues, building engaged, high-performing teams and future leaders.
• Analyze business trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities that enhance service, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety regulations, and health and sanitation requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the Food & Beverage division.

• 5+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a full-service hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven success managing multiple outlets, including high-volume restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
• Strong leadership experience developing managers and large, diverse teams.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, and profit optimization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic resort environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
