Coach, motivate, and exceed café goals in sales, speed of service, order accuracy, and café health. Train team on food safety standards and maintain compliance. Lead, manage, and develop associates, provide ongoing training, constructive feedback, and recognition. Keep team energized and engaged. Qualifications At least 90 days experience in a Panera bakery‑café. Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and train others in a fast‑paced environment. Certified in all positions on either a service or production track. Service track: Coffee, Barista, Bakery Backer, Dining Room, Cashier. Production track: Prep, Soups, Salads/Hot Entrees, Sandwiches, Consolidator. At least 18 years of age. AOP approval and completion of the Certified Manager Program (CMP) including ServSafe. Background check and required certifications. Career Path Panera offers a Path to Success – most retail managers start as hourly associates.
