The Role We're hiring a Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our field team on a mix of commercial and residential projects. You'll work both independently and alongside our Master Electrician, handling everything from service calls to new construction rough-ins and finish work. What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across commercial and residential job sites Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications Diagnose electrical issues and implement code-compliant repairs Perform rough-in and finish electrical work on new construction and remodel projects Ensure all work meets local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements Communicate clearly with clients, site supervisors, and teammates Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time on job via our field management system What You Bring Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license (required) Strong working knowledge of NEC code and Texas electrical regulations Experience with both residential and commercial electrical systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and handle physically demanding conditions Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of the quality of their work Good communication skills — you'll represent our company directly with clients Why Work With Us Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, year-round work; we're growing, not scrambling Company vehicle with gas card Tools and equipment provided Health benefits (in the works) Paid time off A small-company culture where your work is seen and valued, not lost in a big org chart Real opportunity for growth as we expand Ready to Join Us?
