JOB SUMMARY: Provides Speech Therapy according to the State of Tennessee Practice Act and policies and procedures. In addition to the standard duties and responsibilities of the Speech-Language Pathologist, responsibilities include: Evaluate and treat children of all ages with feeding, swallowing, and oral-motor difficulties Provide intervention for feeding aversion, limited food acceptance, and difficulty advancing food textures, within the SLPs scope of practice Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable feeding/swallowing goals Educate and train parents/caregivers Collaborate with members of the child’s care team JOB REQUIREMENTS: Current and valid license as a Speech Therapist Tennessee Required Master's Speech Therapy Preferred 1 Year Outpatient Speech Therapy Experience Preferred WHY MAURY: 2026 Great Place to Work Educational Assistance, Tuition Reimbursement & Career Advancement Navigation MISSION: Clinical excellence.
