Fiscal / Budget Analyst (JN -082026-427796) Van Nuys, California Salary: USD80000 - USD90000 per year Fiscal & Budget Analyst Are you an experienced finance / audit / compliance professional with a background in fiscal compliance, auditing or grant-funded programs? We are seeking a Fiscal & Budget Analyst to help ensure financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting. What You'll Do Conduct fiscal monitoring reviews and audits of funded programs. Analyze budgets, expenditures, and financial reports for compliance. Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis and identify discrepancies. Interpret fiscal regulations, cost principles, and funding requirements. Review financial documentation and prepare monitoring reports. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Support corrective action planning and ongoing compliance initiatives. Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to analyze financial data. Qualifications 4+ years of in fiscal, audit, compliance, or accounting experience. Experience with fiscal audits, monitoring, compliance reviews, or grant-funded programs. Strong understanding of fiscal regulations, cost principles, and reporting requirements. Proficiency with MS Excel; experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must reside within 100 miles of the San Fernando Valley. Remote work environment Stable organization with long-term growth potential Additional Information Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening process.
