Schedule & call
- Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
- 1:4 call, shared with the practice
- Dedicated clinic and procedure days
- $450K-$520K base salary
- Productivity bonus
- $25K sign-on bonus
- Up to $10K relocation assistance
- 5 days CME + $2,500 CME allowance
- 401(k) with match
- Malpractice and licensing fees covered
- 4 weeks vacation
