Dental Assistant (with RDA)

Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth and development opportunities Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams Qualifications TX RDA Certification CPR certification Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience Compensation $22–$24 per hour Benefits The benefits are determined by employment status and hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
