Job Summary (Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist The Woodlands, TX)
- Position: Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist
- Location: The Woodlands, TX (North of Houston)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience)
- Schedule Flexibility:
- Option for traditional 5-day/8-hour week, 4-day/10-hour week, or a schedule tailored to therapist and patient needs
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team
- Use EMR or IEP online documentation systems
- Maintain a reasonable caseload with dedicated time for paperwork
- Desired Experience/Skills:
- Experience or fieldwork in pediatrics or school-based OT
- Experience working with children with occupational therapy needs
- New graduates welcome
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Adaptable and growth-oriented mindset
- Qualifications:
- Texas OT license (or eligibility)
- Master's, Doctorate, or accredited Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy
