Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Teutopolis, IL. Il license preferred.

**$10K ONE-TIME COMPLETION BONUS - EXPEDITED PRIVILEGES OFFERED**

Shift Type: 10 hr x 4 day/week. Regular Hours: Required. OT: Not expected but offered. Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics. Site Charting System: Epic. Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 5. Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes. What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 3 to 1. Are MDs doing their own cases: No. Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes. Other notes about the site: Community Hospital doing bread & butter anesthesia. Pediatrics is healthy children for BMT/ T&A occasionally appendixes. No trauma cases. No New Graduates. Minimum 1 year experience. Credentialing: 90 days. $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
