Empowering Home Infusion Nurse - Independent Patient Care
Option Care
Option Care is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under a physician’s plan of care. You will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and document activities in real time during visits. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Travel to patient sites is expected, and you will mentor Infusion Nurse I staff as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Option Care
