You will finish drywall surfaces in modular home units by applying joint compound, embedding tape, and creating smooth, paint-ready finishes in a controlled shop setting. This full-time, non-exempt role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 40-60 lb buckets, and comfort working with noise and repetitive motions.
