Occupational Therapist OT

Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-time $10K Retention Bonus is Available for the Full Time Position. Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance Including Family Plans 401k Attendance Bonuses Referral Bonuses Shift Differentials Extra Paid Holidays Employee Recognition Programs In-Facility Training & In-services Duties and Responsibilities Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method. Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care. Requirements/Qualifications Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice. Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
