OPERATIONS LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Enterprise Blvd Lebanon, IN 46052, USA The Operations Logistics Coordinator is responsible for internal and external customer transportation communications, as well as processes discrepancies while providing on-site support to the warehouse and transportation department. Responsibilities Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements. Communicate transportation delays and disruptions in a timely manner. Process discrepancy claims with carriers. Support sales and customer service on any transportation needs including tracking and rate quotes. Provide on-site support for warehouse and discrepancy departments. Make transportation decisions to align with budget targets. Set up and schedule shipments in the Transportation Management System (TMS). Cross train to support Outbound and Inbound coordinators during absences. Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-2 year(s) experience in clerical work 1-2 year(s) previous logistics experience Previous experience with Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with little supervision on day-to-day tasks Equal Opportunity Employer.
