Civil Engineer We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead a diverse portfolio of municipal infrastructure and private-sector site development projects throughout Iowa. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects ranging from roadway and utility improvements to commercial and residential site development.

- Work on and help lead civil engineering projects from initial concept and planning through design and construction
- Assist with the design of municipal infrastructure and private site development projects
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations
- Develop project proposals, budgets, schedules, and scopes of work
- Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain successful project delivery
- Ensure engineering work meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable industry specifications
- Provide project leadership while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting less-experienced staff
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Iowa, or the ability to obtain registration
- Ideally at least 5 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience with project management, design, and client coordination
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet project deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and genuine interest in delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions
