Sr. Cold Storage Product Specialist

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Sr. Cold Storage Product Specialist to drive sales growth and customer success in ultra-low temperature freezers, cryogenic storage, and remote monitoring solutions. The role combines technical expertise with relationship management across key accounts and regional sales teams in the Houston area.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across cold storage and remote monitoring portfolio by identifying opportunities and collaborating with regional teams
- Build demand through product demonstrations, seminars, workshops, and lab engagements for customers and sales teams
- Serve as technical resource and advisor to regional sales, channel partners, and key accounts
- Support market research on trends, pricing, and evolving customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years technical sales experience in scientific instrumentation or life sciences
- Deep technical knowledge of ultra-low freezers, cryogenic storage, and remote monitoring products
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel 50-75% within assigned territory
