Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) - Full-time Day Shift Position

As a CNA on our day shift, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, exceeding their expectations, and enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and personal care

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, concerns, or needs to the nursing team

• Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other clinical tasks as delegated by licensed nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Uphold the highest standards of patient dignity, respect, and privacy

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in the state of New Jersey

• 1+ year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Possess a genuine caring attitude, patience, and empathy for residents
