ICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This position requires floating to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed, managing overflow and emergency department holds, and providing care for up to four patients at a time.ScheduleNight Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)Night Shift: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)Scheduled for 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guaranteeResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.Float to the PCU as needed, addressing overflow and emergency department holds.Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with travel experience preferred.Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either ENPC or PALS required.TNCC certification preferred.The position requires adaptability to varying patient loads and clinical situations, showcasing a commitment to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.
