Position Overview

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, multi-site outpatient medical group serving communities across Brooklyn and greater NYC. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-based environment that integrates primary care with a wide range of specialties.

This role is ideal for physicians who thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting , enjoy building long-term patient relationships, and are open to a dynamic care model that may include telehealth and home visits.

• Multi-site outpatient network across Brooklyn
• Locations may include: Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, East Flatbush
• Team-based model with MDs, NPs, PAs, and specialists
• Integrated services including diagnostics, imaging, and specialty care
• Centralized administrative and clinical support

• Diverse NYC patient base
• Adults and geriatric patients (some pediatrics depending on site)
• Mix of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
• Emphasis on preventive care and long-term patient management

• Base Salary: $210,000 – $250,000
• Productivity bonus potential (RVU/collections-based)
• Full benefits package (health, malpractice, PTO)
• Earning potential up to ~$300K+ with productivity
