Position Title IT Support Analyst (Tier 1 / Tier 2) Salary Information New full-time permanent position • $60,000 - $75,000 salary range Duties / Responsibilities Ensures applications are reliable, secure, documented, and supported in a scalable way as the business grows and systems evolve. End-User Support (Tier 1 / Tier 2) Device & User Lifecycle Management Documentation & Process Adherence Escalation & Collaboration Escalate infrastructure, security, or application-level issues to the IT Leader or appropriate specialist. Coordinate with vendors as directed for troubleshooting and support cases. Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status and resolution. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 helpdesk environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Mac OS and mobile platforms.
