About the Position

Job Title: PCU RN for ER HOLDING AREA Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Stepdown Duration: 13-14 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU experience or 1 year of recent PCU experience with 1+ years of telemetry, ER, or ICU experience. License: Must have an active RN license. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: Candidates must have telemetry experience and be able to titrate drips. Previous travel assignment experience is highly preferred. Description: Unit Notes: Nurse-patient ratios are 4:1. Common diagnoses include Med-Surg, sickle cell, and heart failure. Applicants must submit their full availability, including any requested time off. Resume must detail the number of beds and trauma level for all facilities worked within the past 3 years. Charting system used is MEDITECH. BSN is not required. Candidates must hold applicable certifications. This position is in an acute care setting.
