We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team at Scriptmed Rehab and Counseling Center, located in Santa Rosa, California. This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to deliver impactful mental health services remotely while maintaining a connection to our outpatient facility. A hiring bonus of $3000 is available for immediate consideration.

This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, including crisis and behavioral planning.

  • Timely and accurately document all clinical interactions and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to better inform treatment strategies.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual clients.

  • Engage in continuous professional development, participating in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and enhance service delivery.

  • Serve as a liaison to various community partners, state agencies, and service systems to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

  • Foster clear communication channels with governmental and private organizations to promote service offerings and explore potential funding opportunities.

  • Engage in activities that contribute to personal and professional growth, including attending industry conferences and participating in relevant committees.

  • Promote and embody the agency’s mission, values, and principles within all interactions and professional engagements.

  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to overall organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those impacted by acquired brain injuries. You will play a crucial role in fostering recovery and improving the quality of life for each participant, utilizing a holistic, client-centered approach that emphasizes empathy and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a relevant behavioral health field is required to qualify for this position.

  • Must hold a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
