Location: St. Louis, MO
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Supervisor to lead daily production activities on the plant floor. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations by supervising assembly and production lines, coordinating machine setup and maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily assembly and production operations to meet quality, delivery, and output goals
• Oversee equipment setup, changeovers, and operator assignments; ensure machines are production-ready.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and maximize equipment performance.
• Review blueprints, work orders, and schedules to plan production resources and workflows.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees on safety, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and implement corrective actions for production and equipment issues.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory experience in a production or assembly environment.
• Experience with assembly operations, machine setup, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, training, and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency with production tracking and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
