Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule

This position requires a day shift from 645 AM to 715 PM, including on-call duty, weekends, and holidays. Note that there is no block scheduling available.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with operating room experience to provide exceptional care in a high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will have previous travel experience and demonstrated expertise in a level 1 trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting
• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing instruments and ensuring a sterile environment
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience in a level 1 trauma center
• Strong clinical skills and competencies
• Burn experience preferred
• Current RN licensure
