Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software and hardware products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues efficiently.
• Perform regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure product reliability.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Document test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance testing methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product testing or quality assurance, preferably in a tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable.
