Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced R&D Engineer – Hardware Development to join a multidisciplinary Research & Development team focused on the design and development of advanced instrumentation and embedded electronic products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design , embedded hardware development, PCB design, EMI/EMC compliance, and industrial communication protocols. This role involves supporting the complete product development lifecycle—from concept and design through validation and manufacturing release.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded electronic hardware for industrial instrumentation and automation products.
- Contribute to the complete product development lifecycle, including concept, design, validation, testing, and manufacturing release.
- Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits for high-performance embedded systems.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and manufacturing release documentation.
- Perform circuit simulation, design validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Design low-power, low-noise electronic boards with strong electromagnetic immunity (EMI/EMC).
- Support product compliance, certifications, and safety requirements for hazardous environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and product management.
- Interface with technical experts and participate in design reviews and innovation initiatives.
- Ensure product quality, cost optimization, performance, and manufacturability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering .
- 15+ years of experience in electrical/electronic hardware design and product development.
- Strong experience developing embedded electronic hardware for industrial applications.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary R&D environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
