Meeting & Event Specialist - Senior

Role Description

Delta Sigma Pi is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Meeting & Event Specialist - Senior to join our team and help plan and execute engaging events from start to finish.

• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venues, hotels, transportation, catering, meeting space, materials, and onsite operations.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and event partners to ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers a memorable experience for attendees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event planning, coordination, or event management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.

Requirements

• This is a remote position, with some travel to events and our headquarters in Oxford, OH required.
• This role includes occasional local travel and infrequent overnight travel.

Benefits

• Base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
