Description

The Culinary Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a total quality dining experience for our residents. This includes a thorough understanding of our menu and daily specials, proper serving guidelines, cleanliness expectations, and special diets. They ensure an efficient workflow for our waitstaff and promote a culture of service excellence. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generation's Mission, Vision, and Values in their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Full-time, working Mondays through Fridays, from 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (somewhat flexible start & end times)
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Requirements:

• Previous experience in both restaurant and/or senior living is highly desired.
• Supervisory experience is highly desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler's card upon starting.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.
