Summary Provide exceptional in-store client service as a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor, building long-term relationships and delivering personalized consultations. Use product knowledge, artistry skills, and an omni-channel approach to drive client loyalty and sales. Maintain a professional, tidy sales floor and contribute positively to the team. Responsibilities Deliver superior client service through a consistent service ritual and personalized consultations Deepen client relationships by recruiting, loyalizing, and retaining clients through product, services, and data capture Achieve individual sales targets and support boutique business objectives Participate in training sessions and apply learnings to daily client interactions Provide seamless omni-channel service, coordinating in-store and online experiences Resolve client situations professionally and **escalate** when appropriate Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the work area clean and hygienic Requirements Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong client service orientation Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to scheduling changes Passion for beauty and fragrance with artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred Foreign language skills preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs Full-time in-store, front-of-house presence required #J-18808-Ljbffr
