M3Group, an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and products, is hiring a Shift Manager for a restaurant. Workers will be employed by M3Group, not McDonald’s USA. The role is key to delivering fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Job Responsibilities A Shift Manager leads each shift, ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and meets McDonald’s standards. Key responsibilities include: Food safety oversight Internal communication Inventory management Daily maintenance and cleanliness Managing crew and scheduling Quality food production Exceptional customer service Safety and security Monitoring performance and profitability Training and coaching team members Requirements Minimum 18 years old. ServSafe certified and required to have completed McDonald’s training classes. Food Handler Safety Card required. Experience in leadership, preferably within restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings. Positive team‑player attitude with a flexible schedule. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, reaching to clean equipment). Ability to stand for the entirety of an 8‑hour shift.
