Human Resources Manager

On-Site HR LeaderThis position will serve as the on-site HR leader for a fast-paced manufacturing operation, providing both strategic HR leadership and hands-on support to leaders and employees. This role requires someone equally comfortable partnering with senior leadership on organizational priorities and working directly with supervisors and employees to address day-to-day workforce needs. The HR leader will lead employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and core HR operations while helping build a strong, accountable, and engaged workplace culture.
