Supports Sofidel America's Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP Responsible for set-up, operation, adjustment, and change-over of packaging equipment Collaborate with other staff to achieve production rates Perform basic maintenance tasks Document quality control and production issues Obey established housekeeping rules and maintain a clean work area Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 6 to 12 months experience in manufacturing inventory and purchasing Ability to work in a team environment Strong time-management skills Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions Ability to use tools and measuring instruments related to equipment operation Ability to learn and certify in Lift and Crane operation Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP while effectively operating and maintaining packaging equipment.
