CareGivers America is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for in-home pediatric care. Work one-on-one with children who have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs—providing skilled nursing care, comfort, and support that truly makes a difference for families. SCHEDULE - Mon-Sun 10p-8a PAY RATES: LPN $35/hr , RN $45/hr Job Requirements Active RN or LPN license (state-specific) Pediatric experience preferred, not required New graduates welcome CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs Dependable, patient, and attentive bedside manner Frequent standing and walking; assisting patients; operating medical equipment; bending, reaching, positioning; occasional patient transfers or lifting; exposure to healthcare environments. Monitor the child’s health, safety, and overall condition Administer medications and perform routine treatments Provide seizure awareness and response (training available if needed) Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care needs Complete clinical documentation and progress notes Communicate changes, concerns, and updates with parents and care team Support individualized care planning and ongoing updates (as applicable in home care model) Offer comfort, engagement, and emotional reassurance throughout care The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
