Our newly opened Intensive Outpatient Program in Aledo, IL (recently opened in April 2026) is looking for a compassionate therapist to join the team. Job Title : Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Location : Aledo, IL (Note: This is our newest program in IL that just opened up in April 2026.) Setting : Intensive Outpatient Program Salary : Up to $80,000 depending upon experience Population : Older adults, ages 65+ Schedule : Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) Supervision Available : Psychiatric Medical Care provides supervision for provisionally licensed therapists / social workers / counselors. This is a chance to do impactful clinical work in a close-knit community, supporting seniors through group therapy, connection, and mental health care that truly changes lives.
