Order Processor/Office Administrator/Warehouse Associate

The Order Processor/Office Administrator/Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in the daily flow and duties within the warehouse and import/export departments as needed. • Input orders into companys WSM System
• Help as needed in import/export departments
• Review daily shipment log
• Create shipping paperwork for inbound client shipments
• Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
• Track shipments and update master list
• Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
• Communicate delivery updates with Clients and sales team
• Monitor clients inventory and run reports if necessary
• Order more supplies when necessary
• Receives verbal instructions from manager
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Use RF gun and Data entry in our Warehouse Management System
• Complete any additional Task and Dutys assigned

What you will bring.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Data entry experience
• Strong administration and warehouse background.
• Be able to do basic math functions and use a calculator
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule, ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed
• High level of energy and drive to work with the warehouse employees
• Able to demonstrate a willingness to keep learning and improving.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly work area appearance.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.

Physical Requirements: Ability to understand, process, and record all warehouse data that is required. Ability to meet all physical requirements including standing, bending, sitting, and operating of warehouse machinery. Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to Ability to lift 30 lbs. 50 lbs.
