General Manager - Columbia, SC | $55,000-$60,000 + Bonus Potential

Ready to lead an exciting new restaurant opening in Columbia, SC? We're looking for an energetic, people-focused General Manager to launch a fast-growing concept that's making its debut in Columbia, SC. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company with plans to open multiple locations throughout Columbia, SC over the coming years.

What You'll Do

Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs
Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, and forecasting
Drive local store marketing and community outreach events
Build strong relationships with guests and create an outstanding customer experience
Delegate effectively while maintaining accountability throughout the team
Support both front and back of house operations
Manage third-party delivery platforms and operational technology

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Previous restaurant management experience
Strong leadership with a positive, motivating personality
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and team development
Solid financial acumen including P&L management and cost controls
Experience with local store marketing and community engagement
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Collaborative leadership style with a team-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

$55,000-$60,000 base salary
Bonus opportunity
