Warehouse Manager

EFC International is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe and efficient processes, and developing a strong, high-performing team. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential. Experience in the construction or fastener industries is a plus. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns, transfers, and inventory management. Step in to competently perform any warehouse role when needed. Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, providing the tools and coaching needed for success. Establish and track performance metrics, holding staff accountable to safety, productivity, and quality standards. Maintain documentation of staff performance, training, and certifications. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in shipping, receiving, and stocking while minimizing errors and costs. Oversee order processing for inbound and outbound shipments. Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, coordinating repairs as needed. Enforce and track cycle counting schedules. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and supply stock levels in partnership with building management and Operations. Provide and document forklift certifications and training for all warehouse staff. Work closely with Quality and Purchasing teams to process RMAs/returns. What We're Looking For Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months-1 year of relevant warehouse leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Epicor P21, online shipping tools , and standard warehouse technology. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
