Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a high‑traffic environment, and continuously evolve with technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience. Mobile Associates excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions, identifying needs, and recommending solutions. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to communicate, educate, and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, employing solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding solutions that help customers understand how to self‑serve and use the T‑Mobile app. Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems. Review personal results, current promotions, and Hub updates to remain Customer Ready. Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers and perform skill practice, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures. Carry kiosk keys, secure assets, and report lost keys or assets to the manager. Act as a customer‑obsessed champion: friendly, engaging, and capable of connecting on a personal level, building rapport, trust, and loyalty. Proactively reach out to potential customers, manage Be Back processes, capture referrals, and perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail. Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and account servicing. Education High School Diploma or GED (Required) Work Experience 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer satisfaction passion and ability to balance customer experience with performance goals (Required) Team building and willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues (Required) Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel No travel required. DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No. Safety Sensitive Position: No. Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days of employment, Mobile Associates receive hourly training pay. Upon completion, promotion to the Mobile Expert role and eligibility for an annual incentive target of up to $18,000 per year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn at least $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
