Bright's Creek Club is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time  Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team! We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for service who is eager to learn, contribute and grow in a dynamic private club environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will play a key role in providing superior service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with members, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area's.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, showcasing skills in fine dining service.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred; knowledge of mixology is a plus.
• Familiarity with food service operations within the food industry or retail settings is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
