What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
• Manage a high patient volume, supporting 1,400-1,500 admissions annually
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and specialized nurses
• Lead stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
• Participate in clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice
• Support families and coordinate care transitions
• Engage in mentorship and training opportunities (including new graduates)

What You Need

• Valid Georgia RN license and APRN certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• 0+ years of NICU experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts (24-hour schedule)
