This role will direct functions that train, develop, improve, and measure the success of our customer facing teams.Your MissionDevelop collaborative relationships with Marketing, Sales, and Services leadershipEvaluate, frame, and scale the OneTrust Revenue organization to ensure our customer facing teams have the right tools and skills to provide value in every customer interactionDefine business requirements across segments and functions to focus enablement activities in the most impactful areasBuild programs that are truly world-class, pushing conventional wisdom on levels of engagement and excellenceAchieve high quality standards and help drive high customer success storiesYou AreFlexible with a “get it done” approach to your work.
