Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

ER RN – Emergency NursingNights, 36 hours per week (36/48 schedule), with weekend coverage required.Position in a Level I Trauma Center with a daily census of approximately 105 patients.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.Travel ER experience required.Active state or compact nursing license required upon submission.ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.Experience with high-acuity trauma cases, including airway management and procedural sedation.Proficiency with Epic charting system required.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity levels.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all safety protocols.Support family members and educate patients regarding treatment and recovery processes.Core items and lab requirements must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
