Relief Youth/Family Support Worker, All Stars, Florence CSO is looking for a Relief Youth/Family Support Worker for our All-Stars team in Florence. This position will work in our Therapeutic After School Program which provides psycho‑educational and recreational groups with activities occurring both at the program and in the community. All‑Stars blends evidence‑based models with a holistic, creative approach to support youth (ages 6‑11) with emotional challenges. Our goal is to strengthen resiliency and help youth develop skills in emotional regulation, mindfulness, social engagement, and interpersonal skills. Starting Pay: $18.50/hour As a Youth/Family Support Worker: You Will: Provide direct services to therapeutic day program/after school program families and youth Provide on‑site or community‑based activities as needed Participate in development of treatment planning Assist in referral to ongoing therapeutic services; lead on‑site groups/activities for families and/or youth Participate in care planning and case management together with Clinician and other program staff Provide regular transportation for consumers as appropriate, following program guidelines and using agency and/or personal vehicle Consult and collaborate with other professionals providing services to clients Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, in‑service trainings, and other required meetings Your Background: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field (preferred) Knowledge of and training in child development and children's mental health experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We also seek applicants who embody CSO's values by being: Positive – maintaining resiliency and focusing on solutions Respectful – collaborating and effectively communicating Insightful – demonstrating self‑awareness and effectively priority setting Conscientious – taking accountability and applying feedback #J-18808-Ljbffr Clinical and Support Options, Inc
