Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities among Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and contractors
• Develop detailed work plans based on maintenance requests and field inspections
• Plan future maintenance activities to minimize delays and maximize maintenance workforce utilization (wrench time)
• Coordinate and support maintenance work from initiation through completion
• Publish weekly schedules of approved and planned maintenance activities
• Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed, documented, and returned promptly
• Identify and secure all resources required for maintenance work, including work scopes, job instructions, technical documentation, MRO parts and materials, specialized tools, permits, and labor resources
• Estimate labor requirements, work duration, material costs, and resource needs
• Review completed work orders to evaluate labor usage, downtime, material consumption, and maintenance effectiveness
• Update and improve maintenance plans based on lessons learned and historical performance
• Analyze equipment history and identify recurring failures or reliability concerns
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Equipment Owners to evaluate repair versus replacement decisions
• Recommend improvements to preventive maintenance programs, equipment design, and maintenance practices
• Update CMMS systems to maintain accurate preventive maintenance schedules and asset records
• Reserve, procure, and coordinate staging of parts and materials required for maintenance activities
• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance-related stock items and communicate stock level adjustments to inventory management teams
• Coordinate procurement of specialized services, materials, and contractor support as needed
• Generate, analyze, and communicate key performance indicator (KPI) reports
• Lead and support +QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation) sessions
• Drive initiatives focused on increasing maintenance tool time, reducing equipment breakdown duration, minimizing production interruptions, and improving maintenance planning effectiveness
• Ensure safety requirements remain the highest priority in all maintenance planning and scheduling activities
• Maintain compliance with site, local, and corporate policies and procedures
• Coordinate with EHS, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams regarding safety and operational concerns
• Support regulatory and maintenance compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience
• Associate degree (AS/AA) in Engineering, Maintenance Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• Maintenance Planning and Scheduling certification
• Project Management certification
