Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outside service contracts. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns regarding maintenance issues. Assist in the development of maintenance budgets and cost estimates. Requirements Proven experience in property maintenance or facilities management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Certification in maintenance or related fields is a plus.
