Home Health Aide - Providence Home Health

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours/week on Day Shift

Area Coverage: Molalla, Woodburn, Silverton, Stayton and as other areas as assigned

Job Description:

The Home Health Aide provides supportive personal care services and homemaking assistance to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
