Registered Nurse

Description The Arc Western Montana is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a medical group home setting. This is a unique opportunity to step away from fast-paced clinical environments and provide meaningful care in a person-centered setting.
As the RN, you’ll work closely with a small care team and have the time and autonomy to truly understand the needs of each individual you serve. This is a rewarding role that offers consistency, impact, and a supportive work culture.
This is a full-time position at 36 hours per week. We are currently hiring for our 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am).

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Medical Group Home, Missoula

What We Offer:

• Starting Pay: $35.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: $1 per hour 7pm - 7am
• Paid training including a comprehensive introduction to working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Mandt certification

Your Role:

• Provide direct nursing care in a medical group home setting
• Conduct monthly health assessments and routine wellness checks
• Administer medications and manage medical orders
• Attend and support clients during medical appointments
• Maintain clear and accurate electronic documentation
• Support triage for clients in other group homes as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN license in the State of Montana
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Relatively clear driver record with at least 3 years of driving experience
